UN Committee on Enforced Disappearances publishes findings on Albania, Austria, and Honduras

GENEVA (June 4, 2018) — The UN Committee on Enforced Disappearances (CED) has published its findings on the countries it examined during its latest session from May 22 to June 1: Albania, Austria, and Honduras.

The findings contain positive aspects of how the respective States are implementing the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance, highlight matters of concern and make recommendations.

During its session, the Committee also adopted a statement on the draft articles on crimes against humanity prepared by the International Law Commission.
